Bhutan Insurance Limited would like to inform all our valued shareholders that the Unclaimed Dividend for the year 2010-2023 has been transferred to the Royal Securities Exchange of Bhutan Limited (RSEBL) in accordance with Regulations for Investor Protection Fund (IPF),2024 under Section 15 issued by Corporate Regulatory Authority.
Shareholders who have not claimed their dividends for the above mentioned years are kindly requested to contact RSEBL directly for the claim process.
